Upgrade a Prestashop 1.4 to 1.5.3 by rulother

I have a complete Prestashop that needs to be upgraded to the current version. I could do this myself, but I would rather have someone more professional do it. (Budget: $30-$250 USD, Jobs: MySQL, PHP, Prestashop, Website Testing)
