Need to design a Microsoft access database 2010 at the minimum. If possible it needs to be able to run as a standalone program. But I will also need the original file so I can make amendments to it if I need to later on… (Budget: $30-$75 AUD, Jobs: Microsoft Access, PHP, Software Architecture)
