Mozzila addon – HTML5 desktop notifications by dram

Hi, I need addon(extension) for Mozzila Firefox that will pull results from my rss feed and for every new item will fire desktop notification. I think it need to use chromium API. (Budget: $30-$250 USD, Jobs: Javascript, PHP)
