WordPress missing page by ojoonline

Hi, There is a broken link for the ‘Follow’ link on my clients wordpress site. There is a 404 error on the /subscribe/ page. There is no phpadmin access – just ftp. Thanks. (Budget: $30-$250 USD, Jobs: WordPress)
