I have a custom PHP/MYSQL/JS project ive been working on for a year and need a better VIN (Vehicle Identification Number) decoder. I currently have a subscription to a web based VIN decoder service and this works, but not as well as id like… (Budget: $250-750, Jobs: AJAX, Javascript, MySQL, PHP, XML)
