I have created a fillable form using Acrobat X. I am needing it set up to transfer the info via FDF to my web server (Bluehost). From there I need some custom cgi scripts (php) that would collect the info, merge it back into the form, and then e-mail it to me… (Budget: $30-$250 USD, Jobs: CGI, Electronic Forms, Perl, PHP, Software Architecture)
