We have a full mockup layout done by previous joomla designers. We need a joomla template made according to that mockup so we can use extension manage to upload it onto more than one joomla web site. All portions of the template must be managed within Joomla features such as menus, side block etc… (Budget: £20-£250 GBP, Jobs: CSS, HTML, Joomla, PHP)
