Write me some example code for bezier (closed path) drawing, resizing and selection on pinch / tap by choppy

I’m writing a vector drawing iOS app and I need some skeleton example code for arc/line drawing which follows finger dragging – no plotting points or tweaking handles (I heard it has to be closed path for selection later)… (Budget: $30 USD, Jobs: iPhone, Mobile Phone)
