I have 3dcart. Their CRM stinks. I currently get emails saying there is a CRM, I then have to log into 3dcart to reply to the customer. I want to be able to reply through my email. I am using MailChimp and signed up for CapsuleCRM… (Budget: $30-$250 USD, Jobs: HTML, PSD to HTML, Website Design)
