I have a forum on vanilla forums (http://www.vanillaforums.com) with the Bitter Sweet theme. I have several very basic CSS changes that I just don’t want to have to figure out how to do. Namely, font changes, color changes, etc… (Budget: $30-$250 USD, Jobs: CSS, HTML)
