Transfer Joomla site to new server only White Screen, need fix by andyandreou

I have a website with the files zipped up and the database as a file. I have transfered these to my new VPS, I have transfered other sites and they are working. With this site I only see white screen… (Budget: €30-€250 EUR, Jobs: Joomla)
