Hi Have a look at siya.webege.com and make the top menu to open the drop down menu items by clicking the parent items. Right now it is showing drop down by mouse hover. (Budget: $2-$8 USD, Jobs: CSS, Javascript, jQuery / Prototype, PHP, WordPress)
