I have a 4 page (inside spread and outside spread, each 11″x17″) home for sale flyer/brochure (4 pages 8.5″ x 11″ in portrait mode when folded I need to change one page to have text and some limited images to describe auction aspects of the property sale, along with the home size, etc… (Budget: $30-$250 USD, Jobs: InDesign, Photoshop)
