I am looking to develop an online tutoring website. I am open to any technology i.e. .Net / PHP / JAVA etc. At this point without going in detailed specification I will be looking for quotations as the functionality is pretty standard for an online tutoring website… (Budget: $3000-$5000 USD, Jobs: .NET, PHP, Software Architecture, SQL, Website Design)
