Need help making a plugin work on the front end of wordpress site by indym

I’m attempting to get this plugin working on the front end of my site – http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/co-authors-plus/ I have tried it myself but keep getting errors. I followed these instructions… (Budget: $30-$250 CAD, Jobs: PHP, WordPress)
