I want to create a Google Hang out app that I can chat with viewers. Google allows you to chat with other in the hangout, but not with viewers of the hangout. Currently Google Hang Out does not have a good chat feature… (Budget: $15-$25 USD, Jobs: Codeigniter, Google App Engine, Google Plus, Google Web Toolkit, PHP)
