I am looking to design and build a website for a local medical group of physicians and mid-levels. This site will need a custom design and feel. It should be professional, but without being a "cookie cutter" site… (Budget: $1500-$3000 USD, Jobs: CSS, Graphic Design, HTML, PHP, Website Design)
