You need to provide an simple android application which offers lots of effect and some mechanism to add more effects. Example android application include Instagram, Pixlr Express etc. I don’t need any added functionality like share or anything, just image effects… (Budget: $30-$250 USD, Jobs: Android, Mobile Phone)
