I need to be able to use IPv6 IP addresses that will connect to a website that only has IPv4 connections available. I also needto be able to mask my IPv6 IP Address so the website thinks it is an IPv4 IP addresses without my IP getting blocked… (Budget: $750-$1500 USD, Jobs: .NET, Javascript, PHP, Script Install, Software Architecture)
