XML Parser by empire14

I have an XML file. – I need to have cron job set to periodically run this file – I need to parse information to be added to mysql db – I need to have same info added to HTML page as a table (Budget: $30-$250 USD, Jobs: HTML, MySQL, PHP, XML)
