I have a PSD for a web site and I need to build the HTML+CSS. Besides doing the HTML cut there’s also two small ‘behaviors’ to be implemented: The main page have a banner on the top of the page where we need to cycle images (already included in the PSD)… (Budget: $30-$250 USD, Jobs: CSS, HTML, Javascript, PSD to HTML, Website Design)
