We have an Asterisk1.4.18/FreePBX 2.6 setup and are trying to implement call queues with an external agent. The setup works fine, however there is an approximately 25 second delay where the caller hears absolutely nothing that occurs after the agent answers the phone… (Budget: $30-$250 USD, Jobs: Asterisk PBX)
