I would like assistance creating a .videoformat to .gif conversion website. Ideally it would have similar functionality (eventually) to the http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=YersIyzsOpc. There will be a create account portion as well but not as advanced… (Budget: $1500-$3000 USD, Jobs: CSS, HTML, PHP, Website Design)
