I need a simple Download and Newsletter Signup page. Resources Page: People can download PDFs but must register with name and email first. Their name and email will be used to send them a thank you note and added to a newsletter db so we can send them newsletters… (Budget: $30-$50 USD, Jobs: Javascript, MySQL, PHP, WordPress)
