I want a spotlight bar, similar to www.badoo.com. How it’s work: people pay money and will get credits. With those credits, they can come on the spotlightbar. I want also a version with a systeem that by a minute, there will be update a now one in the bar, without paying… (Budget: €30-€250 EUR, Jobs: Graphic Design, Javascript, MySQL, PHP)
