I need a network plugin for the engine PHPFox (www.phpfox.com). By network I mean a group of people that shares certain thing. For example, the language that they speaks. Once you join to a network, you can only see content/people within the network… (Budget: $30-$250 USD, Jobs: MySQL, PHP)
