Fix a problem of disqus that are not correctly visible on I.E. by Lilusgas

I use Disqus.com on my website. But I see that on explorer when you want to fill in the fields “name” and “email” the two words (“name” and “email”) doese not appears and users are confused. On chrome all works well… (Budget: $30-$40 USD, Jobs: HTML, Javascript)
