I need a PHP function that stands on its own, that will calculate how well an image is suited for printing onto a given format. The function will receive all necessary image information by its parameters, therefore NO IMAGE PROCESSING is needed… (Budget: $30-$75 USD, Jobs: Mathematics, PHP)
