Monotouch aac audio recording & streaming by mastersoft1

Hi, We have 2 classes written in C# with monotouch one for recording in memory and another for streaming. Streaming already works for ima4 and pcm. I need a little fix for aac. (Budget: $30-$250 USD, Jobs: .NET, C# Programming, iPhone)
