write a small python function to make a pjsip call and decode/encode dtmf by joestinton

Attached is a python dtmf encoder and decoder that writes dtmf (telephone keypress sounds) to and from wav files, I would like to integrate this in a pjsip call, detecting dtmf from the sip call please… (Budget: £20-£100 GBP, Jobs: Python, Software Architecture)
