I am looking to do a very easy simple site, its three pages. The landing page would look like attachment 1, it would mouse over the stars and turn them yellow. IF they choose 1-3 stars it takes them to page 2 (3star review) which allows them to leave feedback and emails that feed back to me… (Budget: $30-$250 USD, Jobs: Graphic Design, HTML, PHP, Website Design, Windows Mobile)
