Hello, I want to build an EMULATOR not a SIMULATOR to show how a website will look on a mobilde device Similar to http://www.mobilephoneemulator.com/ but making it attractive to use. A simulator is just an Iframe of the actual site, and EMULATOR will show how it really looks on a mobile device… (Budget: $30-$250 USD, Jobs: HTML, Javascript, PHP)
