Upgrade my logo by gtaconsulting

I need to upgrade my logo. It’s the same logo I have on my profile. I would like to change background colour to make it more attractive. In place of C, I would like to have Consulting. (Budget: $30-$250 USD, Jobs: Graphic Design, Logo Design)
