The attached excel sheet is what I need converting into a web application. If you load up the excel sheet and go to the input tab, if you select some of the dropdowns in row 16 example G16, it changes some of the data in row 23… (Budget: £100-£500 GBP, Jobs: MySQL, PHP, Software Architecture)
