I need someone to create a theme which mirrors the layout, colour scheme and approximate fonts of the attached pdf design. I’m not sure whether it would be better to do this from scratch, or to create a child theme for one of the Yootheme templates which I’m already familiar with… (Budget: £20-£250 GBP, Jobs: CSS, HTML, PHP, WordPress)
