I need a simple static website which should be actually built upon by working upon a template which I will provide. The developer should have good knowledge of working with templates, CSS, Javascript etc… (Budget: $30-$250 CAD, Jobs: Graphic Design, HTML, MySQL, PHP, Website Design)
