I would like two forms one a Project planner like the one attached and another a contact form with just the text fields of the attached file and I would them to be sent to an email address preferably and also when the user clicks submit I want it all to processed without them leaving the page… (Budget: £20-£250 GBP, Jobs: CSS, Electronic Forms, HTML5)
