PHP function to scan URls with virustotal.com’s public API by apoguy

We need a PHP function that given an URL returns the result of virustotal.com’s scan using the public api. Function should return the result like this: Return values: 0 = record exists and is up-to-date… (Budget: $30-$250 USD, Jobs: PHP)
