I need help to develop a user form that will be used inside an application. The form will ask for user information and the data will need it to be submitted to a .csv file on the users computer. Also I will need an element of the form to open another application from the user interface… (Budget: $30-$250 USD, Jobs: Graphic Design, HTML, PSD to HTML, User Interface / IA)
