I have designed what I want my wordpress theme to look like it is attached as a PDF. its a simple basic blog layout but unfortunately my css skills are basic so I’m looking for someone to turn my design in to a fully functioning wordpress blog template… (Budget: $30-$250 USD, Jobs: CSS, HTML, MySQL, PHP, WordPress)
