Drupal with social network extension, content translation extension and wiki extension by wilander

I need help to make a website using Drupal with PostgreSQL (possibly MySQL). It is to make a network of translators: all the content on the website whould be translated by humans (no machine translations)… (Budget: $3000-$5000 USD, Jobs: Drupal, Social Networking, Translation, WIKI)
