jQuery circular carousel where clicked item animates to center of viewport by kidradio

I am in need of a custom jQuery circular/infinite carousel that when one of the list items are clicked, the carousel animates that item to the center of the viewport. I have existing code that I will supply to be used as a callback for when the carousel is finished animating… (Budget: $30-$120 USD, Jobs: CSS, jQuery / Prototype)
