i am looking for a taxi booking form, where the user enters address/zip/postcodes for start and end points, the form then calculates the distance and the taxi fare rate depending on the day and time of pick up, the user then has the option to book the journey… (Budget: £20-£250 GBP, Jobs: Anything Goes, Javascript, PHP, Software Architecture)
