this image up-loader.was developed using Adobe Flex. If you the user have Flash plugin 10+ then the upload icon will be a flash icon. If you don’t have the flash plugin, then you see the same icon but it’s not flash… (Budget: £20-£25 GBP, Jobs: AJAX, Flex, jQuery / Prototype, PHP)
