Mantis is an open source bug tracker developed using PHP and MySQL- http://www.mantisbt.org/. However, the current interface is way too complicated. We would like a simple front end with only a few of the key fields… (Budget: $30-$250 USD, Jobs: HTML, Javascript, MySQL, PHP, Software Architecture)
