Script to scan websites for code snippets by PaulSands

I need a script written in php that will scan a list of websites given in a database table for a snippet of code. The script will then write to a table the datetime and result (snippet exists, does not exist, website inaccessible, etc)… (Budget: £20-£250 GBP, Jobs: MySQL, PHP)
