I would like a website to deal with (live streaming) weather cams. I would like to have up to 10 cams on different ip’s and have users pay a membership and or an hourly or daily rate to use, with a chat feature so people can talk about the camera’s… (Budget: $30-$250 USD, Jobs: Flash, HTML, Logo Design, Website Design)
