I can do maintenance, but I don’t normally code templates from scratch. I am using WordPress as my CMS and need a template created from some PSD files I have. The site will have about 5 pages to start and we’ll need the ability to add more in the future… (Budget: $250-$750 USD, Jobs: CSS, HTML, PHP, WordPress)
