I need some one to make API for my VOIP software. The company called Betamax or Dellmont from Germany allow API from our website. So we need to create API so that costumers can create account, pay online, see their balance, change thier password etc… (Budget: $8-$15 USD, Jobs: FreelancerAPI, MySQL, PHP)
