I’m using WordPress 3.4.2 for my free training videos. I would like someone to build a plugin that allows me to create quizzes, and a certificate after completing of a quiz or a final test: 1) time limited or unlimited questions will take a True/False, fill in the blank, or multiple choice form… (Budget: $40-$50 USD, Jobs: HTML, Javascript, MySQL, PHP, WordPress)
